As the Lead Designer for Janus, Fr0ntierX’s secure AI productivity platform, I played a pivotal role in shaping its visual identity, user experience, and design infrastructure. Janus empowers enterprises to harness AI securely, offering advanced encryption, confidential computing, and seamless productivity tools.

I conceptualized and developed the Janus brand, crafting a logo and visual language that encapsulate its commitment to secure, scalable AI solutions. This cohesive identity is consistently reflected across all marketing materials and digital platforms. The cube within the cage represents the valuable organizational data being protected within the Janus infrastructure. I led the design and development of the Janus website, ensuring a user-centric experience that effectively communicates the platform's features and benefits. Additionally, I created comprehensive marketing collateral to support product launches and promotional campaigns. To maintain design consistency and streamline development, I established a robust design system comprising hundreds of components. This system facilitated efficient collaboration between design and development teams, enabling rapid iteration and scalability.

I architected and designed user interfaces for all Janus applications, including the admin portal, user portal, chatbot, and authenticator app. By mapping detailed sitemaps and user flows, I ensured intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences across all touchpoints. Understanding the need for customization, I implemented a tokenized design approach, allowing for easy theming and personalization. This strategy also facilitated smooth handoffs to developers, ensuring design fidelity and efficient implementation. In my leadership role, I mentored a junior designer, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with project goals. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I ensured that design solutions met both user needs and technical requirements. Through these contributions, I helped position Janus as a trusted partner in transforming enterprise AI into a secure, scalable, and strategic asset.
